5. Stay Soft. Stay Sharp.
It’s easy to burn out trying to fix the world. But care, rest, and reflection are radical acts, too.
Take time to heal. Stay curious. Stay skeptical. The more human you remain in an inhuman system, the harder it is for the system to win.
